Prince Ntim Asamoah is a results-driven and forward-thinking professional in the fields of risk management, internal audit, and accounting with over a decade of dedicated experience encompassing internal and external audit, finance, and risk management with his expertise predominantly within the Microfinance and Savings and Loans sector. Prince has the ability to institute a systematic and disciplined approach in assessing and enhancing the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.

Prince holds a Master’s degree in accounting and finance, a Bachelor of Commerce degree and an HND in Accounting. He is a member of the Institute of Financial Accountants, UK, the Institute of Public Accountants, Australia, the Institute of internal Auditors, Ghana and currently a final level of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG) professional examination.
