On the 13th March 2018, Manuel Nogales was appointed as the new Managing Director of the Spanish agri-agency Acodea. His career at Acodea began almost four years ago, with a study tour on Peruvian cooperatives together with Agriterra’s business advisor Bas Prins. Soon Acodea will also have two offices abroad soon, building on a strong AgriPool network. For Manuel Nogales, these changes and his new position are “a big challenge but exciting and motivating at the same time”.
Initially, he first heard about Acodea and Agriterra when he participated in a Financial Management Training in Madrid, in which some of the most mature Agriterra business advisors were participating. As a consequence, he became more and more interested with Acodea’s vision and starting to work for such a mission. Following the announcement of his new position Manuel Nogales states: “Thanks to all of you for being so passionate and keep on rock-changing the rural world.”
